Water Meter

Most meter dials will be in the format as shown in the image.

Meter Serial No.

The white number at the top is the serial number, and will be unique to your property.

Meter Reading

The black numbers, followed by a red number, shows your water usage.
When providing us with a reading, please ensure that all digits are registered.

Meter Locations

There are three possible locations for a meter:

• Internal within your property.
• External at our stopcock just outside the boundary of your property.
• External inside the boundary of your property, either in your garden or on the outside wall of your property.

Other

If you are unable to read your meter because of dirt that cannot be cleared or condensation, or if you are worried that your meter is broken, please contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

If you have an internal meter, then it is your responsibility to protect it against damage and frost.
